JJ Jiang dedicates his studio to the art of architectural illustration by providing quality renderings, interpreting and capturing the essence of each clients vision. At the same time, he pursues his own vision through painting capturing his inner poetry in fine art form. Over the course of ten years, these dual functions have worked together seamlessly, like a duet, both parts complementing each other, working in a rich harmony. JJ was trained as an architect and architectural historian with professional degrees from both China and the US. He has practiced architecture as a designer and also taught architectural design and history. Throughout most of his life, however, fine art has remained as one of his great passions. He is a signature member of the Watercolor Society of North Carolina and a member of Artspace Artist Association, Raleigh. JJ currently resides in Cary and Oriental, North Carolina, the state he regards as full of natural wonders and inspiration.
